Andy Lopata    (www.lopata.co.uk)

Labelled 'Mr Network' by The Sun, Andy Lopata was called one of Europe's leading business networking strategists by the Financial Times. Andy is the author of three books on networking, as well as a blogger for The Huffington Post and NatWest Business Sense. Andy speaks internationally and has worked with companies from oneman bands to organisations such as Deloitte, Merrill Lynch and Mastercard to help them realise the full potential from their networking. He is also a Fellow and former Vice-President of the Professional Speaking Association.

Martin Seppälä     (www.technopolis.ee)

Dr Martin Seppälä is a natively Swedish-speaking Finnish national. Martin has a Ph.D.(Econ.) in strategic management from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki and has worked as a lecturer and visiting professor in strategy and management in the Estonian Business School (EBS), Aalto University, Hanken Business School and SKEMA (CERAM) in the French Grande Ecole System. He has served as a board/advisory board member in many companies internationally. Martin has been working as a management consultant since 1999. Working with Andersen Consulting's and Accenture's strategy group, he has during the last 13 years worked on growth and strategy issues with such companies as Nokia, HP, Teliasonera, Nokian Tyres, Stockmann and Technopolis. Besides delivering longer projects on-site in Scandinavia and the Baltics, Martin has also worked in London and in emerging markets throughout Eastern Europe, Russia and Asia. Martin has a wealth of experience in cross-border M&A and creating successful international growth strategies in a wide range of industries (including consumer goods and services, ICT, real estate investments, healthcare and manufacturing industry).

Timo is a co-founder and CEO at Pipedrive, a sales management software that focuses on making more sales happen with less time needed for admin. He and other co-founders of Pipedrive - Urmas Purde and Peep Vain are best known for their work with Vain & Partners, a leading training company in the Baltic & Nordic region.

Bill Payne     (www.billpayne.com)

Bill Payne is an engineer, entrepreneur, angel investor and educator. He started Solid State Dielectrics, Inc. (SSD), a capacitor dielectric materials company, in 1971 and sold the company to DuPont in 1982. Since founding SSD, Mr. Bill Payne has invested as an angel in over 50 startup companies, consulted in materials technology to the multilayer capacitor industry, served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence to the Kauffman Foundation. Taught over 80 workshops and seminars on angel investing, assisted in the founding of four angel groups in the US and served on the founding committee of the Angel Capital Association (US)

Yrjö Ojasaar (www.publification.com)

Yrjö started his career as an attorney at a prestigious international law firm, representing Fortune 500 companies in various state and federal courts.
Yrjö's entrepreneurial experience includes serving as the CEO of a Finnish cleantech and advanced optical coatings company, advising US investors regarding financing and structuring projects in Mexico, investing and serving as a Board Member on several other software and technology companies.
