Knowledge Investment Strategies on Local Level
The main focus of the project was to improve research- and product development potential of participating regions. To do that regional decision makers were assisted by mediating experiences from other countries and offering means and support i.e. exchange of research- and r&d-related information and experiences. As a result of this project the role of R&D was strengthened in the participating regions by involving regional decision makers into the processes.
Project kicked off in November 2006 and finished by December 2008.
