Rent and infrastructure

There are 60 companies operating in the premises of Tartu Science Park. We offer our tenants a full package of office, laboratory, production space and several additional infrastructure, office or business services. The tenants may benefit from secretary services as well as high-quality internet connection. In the end of year 2006 a new building of Tartu Science Park was assigned to welcome incubation companies.

For start-up companies, we offer incubation services which additionally include business consultations to realize a business plan. The status of an incubation company may be applied for by innovative or knowledge-intensive start-ups. At this moment, there are 15 incubation companies located in our premises.
